Eat the cheesecake. And the burger.
We try to eat clean and healthy most of the time. But hear me when I say that we do not do it perfectly!!
We do it because it makes us feel better. Our bodies run smoother on clean food instead of unhealthy food. We do not work out so that we can eat more cheesecake, but when we want it, we do eat the cheesecake.
Strive for progress and trust the process. And when you want a burger, eat the burger. Just maybe not every day!
