Emotional Wellness

Some days the greatest work I do is work on myself. That is what today looks like. I’m just doing me.
The gym is a must.
Sometimes I lay by the pool. Or lay on a float. I love being outside. I don’t get out enough during winter months.
Sometimes it’s going back through journals.
Sometimes it’s just letting music fill the house while I clean out drawers, closets or cabinets. That’s emotional wellness for a clean and organizational freak.
Oils are a must, in the diffuser and on the body.
Feeling the tension leave is heaven.
Peace is priority.
Emotional wellness is priority.
