Giver or Taker

How do you see God?

If you see Him as a taker,  then you will live your life with a tight fist. You will cling to what you have, hoard for yourself, because you’re always afraid of losing stuff.

If you see Him as a giver, you will live with open hands because you know that you are just a steward and it all belongs to God anyway.

If He chooses to remove something for us, it’s always for our good. He never takes without giving back something better for us.

But we have to be willing to let go. Living with open hands brings joy and removes anxiety.
