Our gym is full of people like that. My team is full of people who are healthy and active at all different ages. Please don’t say that that is not normal. It certainly can be.

I talk to women all the time who are proactive and they don’t settle for “well, that’s part of getting older.”

Take care of your body and your body will take care of you. The different seasons of life do not have to be what people tell you is normal. That is what is not normal.

Nutrition, exercise, hormone health, sleep, water all play a role! There is a lot working against us with the environment, but you don’t have to give in to that. Be intentional!

Age just represents the number of years we have been on this planet and how much life experience we have. Don’t sweat it!
