Do not let ministry steal intimacy with God from you. If one has to go, it’s the ministry.  Without question. Nothing replaces our pursuit of Jesus & his pursuit of us as the absolute & uncontested priority. It’s what we have. It’s what makes it all worth it. HE makes it worth it. I’d rather work at Taco Bell any day and have a daily, lively thing going with Jesus.
