So, just wondering, how much time do you give yourself in the morning before you start scrolling your phone?
My new norm, other than turning off my alarm, is to try and give myself an hour. It’s so tempting to grab it first thing and check all the things, but it’s not good for my head or my heart.
Sometimes I grab it during quiet time to search something or jot down something in my notes app, but that can be a trigger to the downward spiral that keeps me there longer than I need to be. I’m using a lot more caution in my social media time and practicing wide margins and it brings so much more peace into my life.
What about you? Do you intentionally guard your phone time? How long before you start scrolling each day?
