What’s on your list

If we are honest, we all spend the đź’°on what we deem most important.

We have a wish list, a bucket list if you will, but we also have a list of non-negotiable items.

At the top of that list are things that are good for our health…our mind, body and spirit.

Eating nutritious foods, taking supplements since we can’t get everything we need from food, working out, our oils, taking time away (which can be done without spending $) to refresh and regroup are a few of our musts!
